摘要
为了研究变幅杆的不同变截面、变截面倾角对超声拉丝二阶换能系统动力学特性的影响关系,寻求合理的变截面杆组合参数和规律,根据四端网络法和有限元法综合设计了以圆锥型、指数型以及悬链线型为变幅杆上变截面的超声拉丝二阶换能系统。采用ANSYS软件建立其有限元模型,进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得到谐振频率、振幅和振幅沿着轴向距离的分布规律;并探究二阶变幅杆的三种不同变截面、各变截面倾角对换能系统谐振频率和振幅的影响。分析结果表明,圆锥型变幅杆的二阶换能系统具有最大的振幅和振幅放大倍数。
In order to study the dynamics effect of different variable cross-section and angleofinclination of amplitude transformer to the wire-drawing ultrasonic transducer,and seek a logical assemble parameter and discipline,the system was designed based on four terminal network method and finite element method with cone,index and catenary as the cross-section of the amplitude transformer,which finite element model is established by adopting ANSYS to analyze modal and harmonic response,then resonance frequency,amplitude and distributing rules along axial direction are obtained meanwhile the influence of three different variable cross-section of the transformer and the angleofinclination of the section on resonant frequency and amplitude of the system were explored,which results show that the second order transducer with cone transformer is provided with the largest amplitude and amplitude magnification factor.
