细粉加料装置料腔内气相流场的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 为解决活性炭等细微粉料加料过程中出现的布料不均匀、物料损失等问题,采用Fluent软件对加料装置料腔内气相流场进行数值模拟,重点讨论挡板角度对料腔内气相流场的影响规律。模拟结果直观显示了料腔内气流的运动过程,为分析加料腔内颗粒的运动提供了一定的理论依据,并表明:挡板角度设置合理时,丝束布料均匀性较好,物料损失较少。 To solve problems of uneven feeding,material loss and so forth in the process of feeding for fine powders such as activated carbon etc,numerical simulation of gas phase flow field in the chamber of a feeding equipment was performed by using software Fluent,focused on the influencing law of the angle of back plate on gas phase flow field in the feeding chamber.The simulation results show gas flow motion directly,so as to provide theroretical basis for analyzing the movement of powders in the chamber,and indicate that a rational design of the angle of back plate helps to lead to even feeding and reducing material loss.
