摘要
介绍了一种应用PLC可编程序控制器和气动技术研制的高压气密自动检测仪的设计原理。详细论述了气密检测仪的组成,气动原理、控制原理及PLC控制软件设计思路,以及特别阐述了一种检测仪的自动压力控制原理。通过采用这种自动压力控制原理,实现了检测仪在稳压阶段对系统进行快速、准确地自动补压,使其快速进入保压阶段,从而大幅度减少了系统稳压等待时间,缩短了产品的检测周期,大大提高了测试效率。该气密检测仪的测试压力最高可达到35MPa,可对其压力范围内的容器、阀体、管件、连接件等产品进行检测。
It introduces an application of PLC(programmable logic controller)and pneumatic technology developed by high-pressure gas-tight automatic detector.The description on the composition,the pneumatic principle,the control principle and the software design of PLC control is showed in details,and in particular it describes the principle of automatic pressure control.The work efficiency of the hermetic detector is much improved with this automatic pressure control method.Its highest air-tightness testing pressure is up to 35MPa,can detect airtight property of such as container,valve,pipe and linker safely.
