摘要
为了充分了解铆接后铆钉及被连接件的残余应力分布状态,以及精确分析残余应力和铆接工艺参数之间的关系,采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了铆钉连接的参数模型,通过准静态方式模拟了铆钉连接时铆钉和被连接件的变形过程。根据分析结果建立了残余应力和铆钉钉杆长度及钉孔间隙之间的关系式和关系曲面。结果表明,残余应力随着钉杆长度的增加而增大,而随着钉孔间隙的增大而减小,增加钉杆长度或减小钉孔间隙可有效增大残余应力,为实际的铆钉连接工艺过程提供了有益的指导。
In order to fully understand the distribution of residual stress and the relationship between residual stress and process parameters during riveting,non-linear finite element software ABAQUS is applied to establish a riveting model through which deforming process for riveting the bolt with connected members is simulated with Quasi-static method.Then relationship and curve between residual stress and rivet length/hole clearance are established according to the simulations which results show that residual stress increases or decreases with the increasing of rivet length and pinholes clearance respectively,while with the increasing of decreasing of the clearance,increases the length of rivet or reduces the clearance may increase effective the residual stress which provides the practical riveting process with helpful guidance.
