应用误差补偿技术提高水射流加工质量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高磨料水射流加工零件的轮廓加工精度,消除由于联动轴定位精度引起的加工误差,设计了一套基于PMAC可编程运动控制器的控制系统,利用PMAC的定位误差补偿功能对交流伺服电机进行速度环和位置环的半闭环控制,使伺服系统获得较高的定位精度,满足磨料水射流精密加工的要求。结果表明,利用PMAC的软件补偿功能,不仅可以有效提高交流伺服系统的定位精度,同时在不对机床硬件设备改造的情况下,使得水射流加工轮廓精度明显提高,断面的表面粗糙度大幅降低。 In order to improve the accuracy of machining parts by abrasive water jet and eliminate machining errors due to position accuracy of linkage axis,a control system based on PMAC motion controller is designed.An AC servo system with speed and position semi-closed loop is controlled using the positioning error compensation function of PMAC.Consequently the servo system with higher positioning accuracy is obtained,which meets the requirements of abrasive water jet precision processing.The experiments show that the positioning accuracy of servo system is improved effectively using software compensation function of PMAC.Furthermore,the accuracy of machining parts by abrasive water jet is also improved,and surface roughness is decreased as well.
