基于归一法机电产品回收处理环境效益的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从机电产品回收处理工艺过程出发,建立了机电产品回收处理过程模型,详细分析了机电产品回收处理过程环境影响因素,并构建了环境效益性指标体系。用定量计算法计算各环境效益指标值,采用一致性检验归一法对回收处理指标值进行权重分析和环境效益等级评价。最后通过对家用废旧电风扇回收处理过程环境效益性的实例分析,进一步验证"一致性检验归一法"对环境效益性评价的可行性、实用性及回收处理环境效益性的潜力性,为回收处理企业提供依据。 Based on the recycling process of mechanical and electrical products,a model for recycling process is established,which environmental impact factors is analyzed in detail,and an environmental benefits index system is constructed,which environmental benefits indicators are calculated with ration method.Then recycling index value is weight analyzed and environmental benefit level is evaluated with the normalization method.Finally,by taking recycling process of household fan waste as an example to analyze environmental benefits and validate the feasibility and practicality of correlation coefficient method for comprehensive benefit evaluation,which has provided recycling companies with basis for decision-making.
