Survivin在大肠癌中的表达与其64排CT表现的关系

Correlation of CT Appearance with Survivin Expression in Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨大肠癌患者CT表现及分期与Survivin(凋亡抑制基因)表达的相关性。方法 62例术前行64排CT检查并经手术病理证实为结直肠癌患者,采用免疫组化检测肿瘤标本中Survivin的表达,分析Survivin表达与CT分期及CT表现的关系。结果 62例结直肠癌组织中,Survivin的阳性表达率为80.6%,随大肠癌CT分期增加Survivin的阳性表达率逐渐增加,与CT表现中的Ducks分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论 Survivin在大肠癌侵袭转移中发挥重要作用,结合术前CT影像表现,对患者预后的判断及术后治疗方案的选择有积极意义。

Objective To study the correlation between 64-slice CT staging,appearance and Survivin expression in colorectal cancer.Methods 62 cases of colorectal cancer proved by surgery and pathology were examined with abdominal CT scan before operation.The expression of Survivin was estimated with SP immunohistochemical technique individually.The relation between CT staging,appearance and expression of survivin was retrospectively analyzed.Results Survivin positive expression was 80.6%.According with the Ducks staging increasing,Survivin expression between Ducks staging,invasion of adjacent fat and lymph nodes metastases had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Survivin combine with CT scan before operation,can play important role in invasion and metastases of colorectal cancer,judge prognosis and choose correct therapy.
