摘要
目的探讨磁共振胆管水成像(MRCP)对胆道梗阻性病变的临床应用价值。方法对80例胆管疾病患者的临床诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果 MRCP定位诊断准确率100%,定性诊断准确率90.2%。结论 MRCP对梗阻的定位诊断是可靠的,是诊断良、恶性梗阻性黄疸的有效方法。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of MR hydrography cholangio-pan-creas tomography in the biliary lesion.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to intvestigate the clinical diagnostic and therapic data of 80 cases with bile duct diseases.Conclusion MRCP can display accurately the location of obstructive jaundice.It was an effective way of diagnosis of benign and malignant obstructive jaundice.
