摘要
利用2种栽培方式和15种基质配方,对红掌‘热情’品种组培苗移栽成活率和生长的影响进行研究。结果表明,以苗床栽培更能提高红掌组培苗的移栽成活率及利于幼苗的生长,用2份椰糠与1份珍珠岩组成的配方最适宜作为大规模生产时红掌组培苗的移栽基质。
Through the treatments of different cultural methods and 15 kinds of cultural substrates constituted by different volume ratios of coarse sand, mediu-size sand, fine sand, coconut husk, peat and perlite, the transplanting survival rate and the growth indexes of tissue cultural seedlings of A nthurium andraeanum Linden 'Tropical'were studied. The results showed that: The transplanting survival rate, plant height increment and leaf area increment of A. andraeanum seedlings showed better in seedbeds than in plugs; For tissue cultural A. andraeanum seedlings, treatment 5, 12, 13, 15 were more suitable than the other substrate formulas, in which the best one was treatment 5(peat). Considering the economical factors, we could use Vcoconut residuum: Vpearlstone = 2:1" instead of peat
