基于淮山光合生理指标的聚类分析

摘要 运用光合生理指标对搜集到的76份淮山品系进行主成分分析,并据此进行聚类分析,将淮山分为6个不同的光合特性类群。各类的光合特点分别为:第Ⅰ类CO2固定能力较弱、光合速率较低,第Ⅱ类水分利用能力和CO2固定能力强、光合速率高,第Ⅲ类光合速率在6类材料中处于中等水平,第Ⅳ类CO2固定能力最强、光合速率最高,第Ⅴ类水分利用能力最弱、光合速率最低;第Ⅵ类CO2固定能力弱、光合速率较低。 Based on the principal component analysis of 76 Chinese Yam strains by photosynthesis physiological indicators and the cluster analysis of the principal component analysis, the strains were divided into six groups. The first group had lower CO2 fixation capacity and photosynthetic rate(Pn) ; the second group had higher water use capacity, CO2 fixation capacity and photosynthetic rate; and the third group was in the middle level; the CO2 fixation capacity and photosynthetic rate in the forth group were the highest; the fifth group had the lowest water use capacity and photosynthetic rate; while the sixth group had the lowest CO2 fixation capacity and lower level of photosynthetic rate.
