深圳市宝安区2009年～2010年手足口病重症病例流行病学分析

Epidemiology analysis of severe cases of hand,foot and mouth disease occurred in Bao'an District of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2010

目的：探讨深圳市宝安区2009年~2010年手足口病重症病例流行病学特征。方法：将深圳市宝安区2009年~2010年手足口病重症病例个案资料输入EXCEL2007软件,运用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果：2009年~2010年手足口病重症52例,病重率5.12%,病死率15.38%;重症病例报告发病高峰与手足口病例报告发病高峰基本吻合;83.00%的病例在2岁及以下,散居儿童比例大于其他人群;EV71感染占重症病例的大多数（78.85%）;86.54%的重症病例在病程恶化或作出重症诊断后转诊到定点收治医院。结论：深圳市宝安区手足口病重症病例主要危害2岁以下散居儿童,建议对该年龄段儿童家长开展宣传教育工作,提高重症病例的转诊效率,以降低手足口病的病重率和死亡率。

Objective：To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of severe cases of hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）occurred in Bao＇an District of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2010.Methods： Data of severe cases of HFMD from 2009 to 2010 was analyzed with describe epidemiological methods and was entered on to a computer using the EXCEL program.Results： 52 cases of severe HFMD occurred from 2009 to 2010,rated 5.12% of all HFMD cases,mortality in severe cases was 15.38%;the highest peak were consistent with all reported HFMD cases;83.00% of cases were not elder than 2,most severe cases occurred among children lived in scattered;Up to 78.85% severe cases were infected by EV71;86.54% severe cases were transferred to specified hospital after diagnosis.Conclusions： Children under 2 years old were highest risk to severe HFMD in Bao＇an District of Shenzhen.To reduce the HFMD cases and mortality,carry out health education among the parents of small groups and improve the diagnostic efficiency may work.
