摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱仪-二极管阵列检测器法,测定氧化型染发剂中邻-氨基苯酚等8种染料组分的含量。方法:样品用无水乙醇∶水(1∶1)超声提取后,经0.45μm滤膜过滤,用乙睛+三乙醇胺磷酸缓冲液为流动相进行洗脱,采用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱进行分离。结果:以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性,以峰面积定量。平均回收率为85.2%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~5.2%,最低检出浓度为0.010%~0.08%。结论:该方法灵敏度较高、前处理方法简便、快速,适用于测定化妆品中邻氨基苯酚等8种氧化型染料组分的含量。
Objective:An analytical method for the determination of o-amino-phenol and other 8 dyes in hair dying formulations by HPLC-DAD detector was established.Methods:The samples were extracted by mixture of absolute ethyl alcohol and water(1+1),Acetonile :triethanalamine-phosphoric acid buffer(5∶95,V/V) was used as the mobile phase and detected by photodiode array detector with the detection wavelenth of 280 nm.Dyes were separated on a Zorbax SB-C18 column(250×4.6 mm,5μm).Results:The average recoveries were 85.2%~104.0%,RSD were 1.1%~5.2%,concentration limit were 0.010%~0.08%.Conclusion:The method for determination of 8 oxidative hair dyes by HPLC-DAD is rapid,convenient and accurate.
