序批式生物反应器好厌氧比对自生动态膜结构及成分的影响

摘要 分别在4种好氧厌氧时间比(3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2)的序批式操作条件下借助于电子显微镜、粒径分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪等分析手段对反应器内自生动态膜的结构及成分进行了研究。结果表明:形成的动态膜(dynamic membrane,DM)中滤饼层质量依次为38.12,40.27,42.84,44.73 g·m-2,无机物含量分别为5.34,5.65,5.59,6.09 g·m-2;其动态膜组分主要为多糖和蛋白质类物质;胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)、挥发性悬浮颗粒物的含量随着好氧时间的减少逐渐增大。自生动态膜为多孔状结构,具有较高的孔隙率,好厌氧比中的好氧时间越长,膜结构越密实,膜表面平均孔径越小;动态膜组成主要以100~500μm的颗粒为主,随着好厌氧时间比的减少逐步增大。 Electron microscopy,particle size analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer were adopted to analyze the structure and composition of self-dynamic membranes(DM) in sequencing batch reactor under four different aerobic to anaerobic(3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2) ratio conditions.The results indicate that the mass of dynamic membrane cake layer are 38.12,40.27,42.84,44.73 g·m-2 while the mineral contents are 5.34,5.65,5.59,6.09 g·m-2,respectively.Polysaccharides and proteins are the main component of dynamic membrane.The concentration of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) and volatile content of suspended particulate matter decrease with increasing aerobic time.Self-dynamic membrane has a porous structure with high porosity.Longer aerobic time leads to densify the membrane structure and decrease the average surface pore diameter.Dynamic membrane(DM) is mainly composed of particles with size of 100~500 μm which increase with the reduction of anaerobic time ratio.
