基于Inventor的往复式索道客车优化设计

摘要 分析往复式索道客车在运行中出现的运行不平稳、与线路设备产生干涉等问题,指出设计方法的局限是引起故障的重要原因。利用Inventor软件进行优化设计,可以对重要零件进行应力分析和刚度分析,对零部件进行干涉检查,在虚拟装配的基础上,对整车进行外形验证和偏摆实验。并通过例证,说明Inventor软件能够很好地克服传统设计方法的不足,亦可扩展到其它索道设备设计中,以便获得更好的设计质量。 Based on analyzing the problems existing in passenger cabin over reversible ropeway,such as unstable running,interfering with line equipments and so on,the major cause for malfunction is the limitation of design methods,which is pointed out.The design is optimized by applying Inventor,which can carry out stress analysis and rigidity analysis for important parts,and interference checking for components.The configuration verification and swinging test of the whole passenger cabin are carried out on the basis of virtual assembly.The Inventor can overcome the limitation of traditional designing methods,and can be extended to other ropeway equipment designs to achieve better design quality,which are illustrated by example.
