摘要
对一种以贝氏体为主、加少量马氏体的复合相组织之低合金、高强度、高韧性的贝氏体铸钢进行研究,这种贝氏体铸钢是在连续冷却条件下、空冷至室温、并根据不同工况条件进行必要的回火处理而获得。不同热处理工艺分析表明,随着奥氏体化温度不断改变,其综合机械性能有所改善;在1040℃时,贝氏体铸钢的强度和韧性最佳。
A kind of bainite casting steel with low alloy,high intensity and high toughness is analyzed,this compound phase microstructure is mainly made up of bainite with a little martensite,which is obtained by necessary tempering treatment based on different working condition during continuous air cooling to room temperature.Different heat treatment process shows that comprehensive mechanical properties are improved with constantly changing austenitizing temperature,bainite cast steel has best intensity and toughness at 1040℃.
