摘要 针对变电站选址问题中存在的不确定风险,建立效益最优化模型,综合评价与分析不确定风险对变电站选址的影响,从而计算出考虑不确定风险后变电站选址的效益最大值。实际算例表明,该模型结合变电线路费用、变电工程费用和变电期望收益,充分考虑不确定性风险,优化结果有较强的可操作性和实用性。 To take into account the impotence of the uncertainty risk in the substation location,the benefit optimization model is taken and the influence of uncertainty risks in substation location are evaluated and analyzed,then the maximum benefits in substation location are calculated based on considering the uncertainty risks.Case study shows that the model combined with transformer track cost,transformer project cost and transformer expected profit,considering the uncertainty risks the result,is feasible in theory and is credible in calculation.
