摘要
利用所建立的气化炉模型,对影响气化炉出口气体成分的入料参数进行了详细描述。基于模型分析了水煤比、氧煤比、气化温度、气化压力、煤粉粒度大小以及初始颗粒喷入速度等主要参数对最终出口气体成分的影响。分析结果表明:氧煤比对碳转化率的影响要大于水煤比的影响;而水煤比对最终煤气成分组成影响更大。为获得97%以上的碳转化率,氧煤比应在0.8到0.9之间,水煤比应该在0.3到0.6之间。
Based on the mathematical model of the Texaco gasifier,a series of calculations are carried out to analysis the effect of different operations parameters on the performance of the gasifier,such as water/coal mass ratio、oxygen/coal mass ratio、gasification temperature、working pressure、coal particle size and initial coal particle velocity in the gasifier.All they have different effect on the final gas composition.Oxygen/coal mass ratio have a strong effect on carbon convertion;but water/coal mass ratio on gas composition.In order to get carbon convertion 97%,Oxygen/coal mass ratio shoud be about 0.8~0.9,and water/coal mass ratio should be about 0.3~0.6.
