摘要
从制度理论和资源基础理论视角,提出电子商务技术扩散水平的影响因素并建立理论模型。在搜集山东地区多家企业信息化数据基础上,对回收数据分别进行了信度、效度分析,并用线性回归方法对研究假设进行了检验。结果显示:IT人力资源、企业间承诺、企业间信赖、法规保护与电子商务扩散水平存在显著的正相关关系,而竞争强度与电子商务扩散水平存在显著的负相关关系。
From view of resource-based theory and institutional theory, the influencing factors which affect the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology were identified. A conceptual model of the relationship between influencing factors and the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology was established. Based on the relevant data of enterprises informationization in Shandong province, the reliability and validity analysis of data were conducted, and hypothesis testing was tested by linear regression analysis. Results show that. IT human resources, inter-firm commitment, inter-firm dependence, regulatory protection with the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology is a positive correlation, and competitive intensity with the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology is a negative correlation.
