摘要
采用红外分析仪、高压液相色谱分析仪和光学显微镜,对H酸废水的微观结构和传质过程的机理进行了分析,结果表明:乳水比Rew=1∶1,油内比Roi=1∶1.5,搅拌转速n=250 r/min时,最佳传质系数K=2.541×10-3S-1。
We analyze the microstructure and the mechanism of the mass transfer process of H acid wastewater by using infrared analyzer,HPLC analyzer and optical microscope.The results show that the best mass transfer coefficient K equals 2.541 × 10-3 S-1 in the condition of Rew=1 ∶1,Roi=1 ∶1.5 and the stirring speed is 250 r/min.
