摘要
环境激素引起的环境问题是当前世界最敏感的生态环境问题之一。镉是常见的类环境激素,关于镉对隆线溞的生物毒性影响还没见到国内有相关报道ü佣月∠邷械募毙陨锒拘?(半致死浓度LC50)作用来讨论镉的环境激素效应。实验结果表明:Cd2+对隆线溞的24、48、72、96 h的LC50分别为1.010 8、0.794 6、0.499 3、0.200 3 mg/L,安全浓度为0.002 0 mg/L,低于镉对鲫鱼和罗非鱼的半致死浓度和安全浓度,说明隆线溞监测环境激素对生物的急性毒性更具有预见性。
The problem caused by environmental hormone is one of the most sensitive biological environmental problems in the world.Cadmium is the common environmental hormone and there isn't any research on the biological toxicity of cadmium to daphnia carinata yet.In this paper,we discuss the effect by the acute biological toxicity of cadmium to daphnia carinat(the semi-lethal concentration LC50).The results show that the semi-lethal concentration(LC50) of cadmium to daphnia carinata in 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h is 1.010 8,0.794 6,0.499 3,0.200 3 mg/L,respectively.The safe concentration of cadmium is 0.002 0 mg/L,which is below the semi-lethal concentration and safe concentration that cadmium to the crucian and tilapia.It has more foreseeability of using daphnia carinata to monitor the acute biological toxicity of the environmental hormore.
