摘要
本文以双氧水为氧化剂,考察了介孔分子筛Ce-MCM-41催化氧化苯乙烯的影响因素。结果表明:Ce-MCM-41具有一定的催化氧化活性,苯乙烯转化率为25.62%。较适宜的催化氧化反应条件为:苯乙烯10mL、双氧水30mL、丙酮40mL、反应温度60℃、反应时间8h、催化剂用量0.15g,在该反应条件下,苯乙烯氧化制苯甲醛的选择性可达81%。
The H2O2 was used as oxidant to investigate the influencing factor of Ce-MCM-41 was used as catalytic in styrene oxidation.The result shows Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve possess some catalytic activity and the percent conversion of styrene is up to 25.62%.The optimal condition is as follows: v(styrene):v(hydrogen peroxide):v(acetone)=10:30:40(mL),react at 60℃ for 8 hours,0.15g catalyst is used.
