铝熔炼炉熔炼技术评述及其研究展望 被引量:12

摘要 能源的紧张、环境污染的严重性和优质铝合金铸件的需求对熔炼炉的热效率、污染物排放和熔体质量提出了更高的要求。本文针对目前广泛使用的反射式铝熔炼炉,从铝熔炼的基本原理及其熔炼过程特点出发,介绍了熔体净化处理技术、电磁搅拌技术、高温空气燃烧技术、耐火材料抗侵蚀技术等熔炼技术,同时提出了改善铝熔炼炉性能的研究展望,最终达到节源(资源与能源)减排和优质熔体的多重目的。 The higher demand for heating efficiency of smelting furnace,pollutant discharge,and melt quality of aluminum was proposed due to energy shortage,serious environmental pollution,and demands of aluminum-alloy castings with high quality.In view of the current widely used reflection aluminum smelting furnace,based on basic principle of aluminum smelting and characteristics in its process,the smelting technologies like purifying treatment technology for aluminum melt,electromagnetic stirring technology,combustion technology with high-temperature air,erosion-resistant technology for refractories,etc.were introduced,and the research prospect of improving property of aluminum smelting furnace was put forward to achieve emission reduction,resource and energy conservation and aluminum melt with high quality.
