摘要
分析了某氧化铝厂的供风模式及其缺陷,研究开发出一种分级供风技术:即建立三级供风模式,实现风压分级供应,增加高低压风连通管,实现风能合理调配。形成了供风系统在各种供需关系下的节能调节体系。这一新建调节系统在生产中应用后达到了显著的节能效果。
The air supply mode of an alumina factory and its shortages were analyzed,and the graded air supply technology was developed,it establishes three-grade air supply mode to achieve graded wind pressure supply,and adds communication pipe with low and high pressure blast to achieve reasonable recombine of wind energy.The energy-saving regulation system for air supply system under a variety of demand and supply relationship was formed.The new regulation system achieved obvious energy-saving effectiveness after using it in production.
