试论网络监督与制度反腐的有效对接

On the Effective Combination Between Network Supervision and Anti-corruption in System

互联网技术的普及和应用,极大促进了网络监督的飞速发展。虽然它存在着资源丰富、安全隐蔽和影响巨大等独特优势,但由于其发展时间较短,也存在不少局限性,特别是与制度反腐对接不够。要进一步发挥网络监督的功效,从源头上预防和治理腐败,必须通过完善相关法规、建立完善的监督平台和推动政务信息公开机制,使网络监督和制度反腐有效结合起来。

Network supervision has been promoted rapidly because of the application and popularization of internet technology.It has its unique advantages such as abundant resources,safety and concealment,enormous influence and so on.However,because of its short development,there are many limitations,and it can not be fully combined with anti-corruption in system.In order to further develop the network effect and prevent and deal with corruption from the source,we need to perfect relevant regulations,establish perfect surveillance platform and promote E-government information publicly mechanism,and we can make network supervision and anti-corruption in system be combined effectively.
