摘要
对上海市老年护理院设施配置进行分析，旨在为政府部门制定保障老年人医疗卫生服务等政策提供参考依据。调查结果显示：上海的老年护理院具一定规模，有一定的设备、设施。但目前护理院的条件还比较差，设备、设施有待逐步改善。鉴于上海已面临严峻的老龄化挑战，老人医疗卫生服务需求量的不断增大，考虑现有的护理院适当增加床位并改善设施配置；同时。
This article analyzes the facilities allocation in the aged nursing home in Shanghai and provides some references for policy maker to ensure the elderly people access to health services.The result shows that the aged nursing home in Shanghai has possessed certain scale,some facilities and equipment in nursing home is still in lower level and need to imporove gradually.Shanghai is facing challenge of aging;the health services demand for the elderly people is increasing rapidly.The authors suggest that relevant decision makers should consider adding appropriate beds and improving the facilities and equipment in current aging nursing home,and setting up a nursing home in each district.
