浅析箱形柱与其内隔板熔嘴电渣焊的工艺

主要针对箱形柱的制作工艺,以及箱形柱制作中的主要工序内隔板、内隔板挡板、衬板等关键部位的零部件加工及几何尺寸的控制进行了分析研究,其中箱形柱隔板与壁板的焊接采用了熔嘴电渣焊技术,运用这一技术使得箱形柱的焊接质量满足了焊接设计要求。

The paper undertakes the analysis and research on the process of the key parts of the inner diaphragms,and inner in the main procedures in the manufacture of the box column and the manufacturing craft of the box column,as well as the control of the geometry size,adopts the electro slag welding consumable nozzle technique in the welding of the separator of the box column and the panel,and indicates the application of the application can meet the demands of the welding design requirement in the welding quality of the box column.
