针对人民防空工程的专业特殊性,探讨了人防工程监理技术要求,结合目前人防工程参建单位及相关人员技术现状,分析了人防工程监理要点,并阐述了施工图审查及施工过程中的控制技术,以确保人防工程施工质量。

Aiming at the specialty of the major of the civil air defense engineering,the paper explores the technical requirements of the civil air defense engineering supervision,analyzes the supervision points for the air defense projects by combining with the construction enterprises and the relative technicians of the air defense projects,and illustrates the inspection of the construction draft and the controlling technology of the construction process,so as to ensure the construction quality of the air defense projects.
