摘要
美术教师成长问题是美术教育改革中的热点问题,影响美术教师成长的因素是错综复杂的,生态学理论为研究美术教师成长提供了新的视角。利用生态学理论优化美术教师成长的策略有:边缘效应——增强职业认同感,突破学科限制因子;花盆效应——探索专业发展途径,拓宽成长生态幅;限制因子法则——确保美术教师成长的支持性因素。
The development of teachers of fine art has been a hot topic on the reform of fine art education.The factors that influences the growth of art teachers are complicated.The paper thinks that theory of ecology can provide us with a new perspective to study the cultivating of art teachers.The paper discusses the strategies used to optimize the development of art teachers from the perspective of ecological theory,such as the edge effectiveness,pot effectiveness and the limited factor principle which is the supportive factor to the development of teachers.
