On County Economic Development in Sanmenxia City From the Perspective of Informal Institution

三门峡市县域内丰富的自然资源、积淀深厚的区域文化以及独特的历史沿革等背景下形成的意识形态、文化传统、价值观念、伦理道德、习惯习俗和宗教等非正式制度资源,在当地经济发展中发挥着重要作用。建议从加快基础设施建设、加强环境意识教育、提高人口素质等方面推进非正式制度的变迁与创新,充分发挥非正式制度在三门峡市县域经济发展过程中的积极作用。

There are rich natural resources in Sanmenxia City,and meanwhile,there are profound regional culture,such as values,ethics,habits,customs and religious,which can be taken as an informal institution resources and play an important role in the local economic development.Accelerating infrastructure construction,strengthening the environmental protection awareness and improving the quality of the population can be regarded as the innovation of the institution.The paper suggests that the functions of the informal institution should be developed in the promotion of the county economic development.
