针对兴凯湖旅游度假区发展中存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因,并提出了有针对性的规划与开发策略,主要从研发市场需求大的兴凯湖淡季旅游产品,积极进行淡季市场营销;加大宣传力度,丰富宣传形式;丰富兴凯湖旅游项目,提炼兴凯湖旅游特色;引进、培养服务于兴凯湖旅游的专业人才,提高服务质量;深入挖掘兴凯湖文化,增加兴凯湖旅游文化品位等方面,对兴凯湖旅游度假区进行有效规划与开发。

The paper analyzes the problems confronted with in the development of Xingkai Lake resort and propose some planning and development strategies.Considering the market demand,especially the off-season tourist products,we should make efforts to market the off-season products and intensify the products promotion.We should extend the Xingkai Lake tourist products line and emphasize products with Xingkai Lake characteristics,and improve service quality as well.And more important thing is to make an effective development plan.
