关于我国智障者实施支持性就业的思考

Consideration of Supported Employment for Intelligence Disabled People of China

通过分析现行残障者就业机制存在的问题,引入了"支持性就业"的理念。设计了支持性就业的实施流程,以期能对我国智障者的就业提供一个先进的全新模式,促进我国社会和谐发展。

With the analysis of the employment mechanism for intelligence disabled（ID） people and introduction of the concept of supported employment into the employment analysis,the paper put forward a new model to implement the supported employment.The purpose of the analysis is to provide the ID people with a new employment pattern to promote the harmonious development.
