摘要
通过对普通高校学生二十四式太极拳练习运动强度的测试和分析,表明在校大学生掌握好每次太极拳练习的次数和时间,可起到健身和保持良好精神状态应对繁重学习任务的作用,最终达到健康身心的目的。
Through the test and analysis of exercise intensity of 24 type of shadowboxing for college students,it indicates that the exercise time and the numbers of practicing shadowboxing are important for college students to improve their fitness and to maintain a good mental state in dealing with the heavy learning task.The ultimate aim of practicing the shadowboxing is to achieve a healthy body and mind.
