层级管理与横向交叉:知识发展对学科目录管理的挑战

Bureaucratic Regulation and Interdisciplinary:The Challenges in Disciplinary Management toward Knowledge Development

《学科专业目录》对学科体系的规制性影响是我国人文社会科学的重要特点,其作为一种"层级管理"手段影响巨大。但是,这种"层级管理"已经与当前人文社会学科"横向交叉"的发展趋势产生了某种冲突:这一冲突在组织和管理层面表现为此起彼伏的学科升格运动,在知识、教育和学术层面表现为跨学科人才培养和跨学科研究的发育不良。本文从学科专业目录的层级管理性质和知识发展的新趋势出发,讨论了我国学科专业目录管理所遭遇的挑战。

The important feature in the Chinese management of Humanities and Social Sciences lies in bureaucratic regulation of the Catalogue of Disciplines and Specialties.However, it has conflicted with the interdisciplinary development of social study today, which is manifested upgrading of specialty on the institutional level and restrained interdisciplinary development on training and academic level.Based on the analysis of the disciplinary management with the Catalogue,this paper discusses the conflicts between the bureaucratic regulation and knowledge development.
