CD2相关蛋白在囊性肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系研究

Study on expression of CD2-associated protein in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinic pathologic feature

目的探讨CD2相关蛋白(CD2AP)在囊性肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对囊性肾透明细胞癌组织31例和单纯性肾囊肿组织50例蜡块标本进行CD2AP检测。观察CD2AP在囊性肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果囊性肾透明细胞癌中CD2AP表达的阳性率为83.9%(26/31),单纯性肾囊肿中无CD2AP表达。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CD2AP在囊性肾透明细胞癌囊壁的内层上皮表达强度明显增加。CD2AP在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位及直径的囊性肾透明细胞癌患者中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CD2AP在囊性肾透明细胞癌中的表达具有特异性,对于囊性肾透明细胞癌的鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Objective To explore expression of CD2-associated protein（CD2AP）in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinic pathologic feature.Methods Detected CD2AP in paraffin-embeded samples from 31 cases of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma,as well as 50 cases of simple renal cyst by immunohistochemistry SP.Observed the expression of CD2AP in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinic pathologic feature. Results The positive rate of CD2AP in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma was 83.9%（26/31）,while that in simple renal cyst was 0,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The epithelium lining the cysts in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma was strongly positive,The expression of CD2AP had no statistical difference among different gender,different ages,different locations of tumor,different sizes of tumor diameter（P0.05）.Conclusion The results show that CD2AP displays a specific expressive pattern in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma.The expression of CD2AP in multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma is much more than in simple renal cyst.The detection of CD2AP expression may be useful to the differential diagnosis of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma.
