沥青混合料压实离析质量控制研究

通过对压路机碾压特性的研究,分析了沥青混合料碾压过程中存在着的横向离析和竖向离析,并提出了选择合理的压实温度、压实速度、压实遍数、碾压重叠宽度、长度以及合适的振频和振幅,最大限度的降低碾压离析的产生。

This paper analyzed the horizontal segregation and vertical segregation in rolling process of asphalt compounds by researching the characteristics of road roller,and provided a reasonable choice of compaction temperature,compaction rate,compaction times,the number of overlapping,rolling width length,and the appropriate frequency and amplitude of the vibration to reduce the rolling segregation.
