温州民营资本自发创新转型的理论考量及启示

Theoretical Reflection and Inspiration of Spontaneous Innovation Transition of Wenzhou Private Capital

在我国经济转型的艰难时期,从哈耶克的自发社会秩序理论视角,对温州民营资本改革开放30多年创新转型历程进行理论分析后,有三个方面的发现:一是1978年以来温州民营资本闪亮的自发创新转型现实,与哈耶克的自发社会秩序理论互相映照,显示出一种实践过程对理论逻辑的经典演绎;二是无论是哈耶克所描述的自发社会秩序,还是温州民营资本自发创新转型的现实历程,都说明了自发社会秩序的演进和扩展过程就是一个自发、全面、持续、高效的创新转型过程;三是将自发创新转型的理论思考扩展对应到当前我国经济转型,可得到非常直白的改革启示——自发创新转型是我国经济成功转型的唯一选择。

At the difficult time of China＇s economic transition,a theoretical reflection on the innovation transition of 30 years＇ reform and opening of Wenzhou private capital from Hayek＇s Spontaneous Social Order Theory shows：first,the shining spontaneous innovation transition of Wenzhou private capital since 1978 reflects Hayek＇s Spontaneous Social Order Theory and it is a typical interpretation of practice to the theory;second,whether it is Hayek＇s spontaneous social order or the reality of spontaneous innovation transition of Wenzhou private capital,it is obvious that the evolution and expansion of the spontaneous social order is a spontaneous,comprehensive,continuous and efficient innovation transition;third,applying the spontaneous innovation transition theory to our country＇s current economic transition,a straightforward inspiration can be obtained-the spontaneous innovation transition is the only option to ensure the successful transition of our economy.
