At present the employment situation of university students is becoming more competitive and the pressure is increasing.The employment market and employment management is messy and disordered.The employment traps concerning goal setting,market,honesty,contract and information crop up frequently.Therefore,it is necessary to take active and efficient educational management measures,enhance the comprehensive qualities of university students,widen employment channels,guide university students to form rational expectation to employment,form the systematic employment management mode,improve the employment rate,regulate employment management,prevent employment traps and guarantee the healthy operation of employment for university students
