The number of enrolled students in colleges continue to rise,and the number of full-time instructors seriously inadequate.In this situation,using outstanding seniors＇ own advantages participate in the education and management of juniors,especially of freshmen,on the one hand could enhance seniors develop the quality of management,on the other hand could use their similarities of age,interests,growth stage,to achieve better management and communication.
