摘要
根据装备维修保障原则,运用层次分析法和多级模糊综合评判法,建立装备使用阶段维修保障效能评估模型,对评价指标做了极性变换和模糊化处理,然后对底层因素进行专家打分,逐层往上评价,得出最后结果,通过实例验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。
Based on principles of Equipment Maintenance Support,the model of evaluating maintenance support capability of equipments in the usage phase is established by using AHP and multilevel fuzzy synthetic evaluation.Then,experts ascertain power of factors on the bottom,and get final results by evaluating layers from low to high.Finally,possibility and practicability of this model is proved by an instance.
