采用Lab VIEW平台及最优化函数模块编程对机械轴销进行优化设计,介绍带约束的非线性最优化函数的使用方法和利用该函数编程优化的一般步骤,并用传统的优化工具验证结果,论述Lab VIEW在机械优化设计中的实用性。

Using the LabVIEW platform and optimization function module programmed to optimized design mechanical axle pin,introduces the general steps of this method and the usage of nonlinear optimization function.At last,checking the result whether right with traditional optimization tools and demonstrate the practicality of LabVIEW in mechanical optimum design field.
