摘要
教师职业道德建设,基本构成是提升境界和操守底线。教师道德建设要提升精神境界,尊重职业是出发点,精通职业是过程,献身职业是落脚点;教师道德建设要操守职业底线,耻感是教师做人的基础,气节是教师职业行为的基本操守,良心是教师从业的基本自制力;教师道德建设,提升境界和操守底线重在日常坚守。
Teacher professional ethics construction is to enhance state and conduct of the bottom line,to enhance the spiritual realm morality,show respect for the profession and fulfill dedication to job.Moral construction of teachers should conform to professional bottom line,with shame as the basis for teachers in life,integrity as the basic ethics of professional conduct of teachers,conscience as the teacher's basic self-control practitioners;and thus to,improve the bottom line which focuses on the daily conduct.
