湖北省节水农业发展的基本思路与对策思考

Basic Ideas and Countermeasures of Water-Saving Agricultural Development in Hubei Province

湖北具有水资源供给的自然优势,但降水分布的季节性及南水北调工程等因素,给湖北水资源供需平衡和生态环境带来极大压力。从农业这一用水大户的内部充分挖掘潜力,实施节约用水,便成为人们需要关注的重要问题。对此,针对湖北的实际情况,进行了深入探讨,提出了实施节水农业是未来湖北农业水资源利用的战略选择这一观点。

There is natural advantage of water resource supply.However,many factors,such as seasonality of rainfall distribution,demand increase of industry and project of diverting water from the south to the north,bring greatly pressure to demand and supply equilibrium and ecological environment of water resource.Recently,it becomes a hot question that how to find potential and put water saving into effect in the agricultural industry.On the basis,this paper focuses on the actual situation,and makes the result of water saving implement is the future strategy choice for agricultural water use.
