摘要
目的:观察降纤酶在治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病并发急性脑梗塞时对胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、血小板聚集率(PAgT)、纤维蛋白原(FG)、体外血栓长度(VTL)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用放射免疫分析(RIA)等法对该药治疗前后上述指标含量进行检测,并与健康人组作对照。结果:经降纤酶治疗后本组病例的ISI明显升高(p<0.01),并与血凝程度下降呈正比关系。结论:降纤酶治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并急性脑梗塞的作用机制除抗凝溶栓作用外,可能还与其调整胰岛素抵抗等因素有关。
To investigate the effect and mechanism of action of defibrase on ISI, PAgT, FG, VTL and APTT during treatment of II DM patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Method: The above - mentioned parameters were deternined with RIA both before and after treat-mant,with healthy subjects as controls.Result: The ISI readings were significantly increased after treatment (p < 0.01) and were positively correlated to the decrease of hypercoaguability.Conclusion: Besides anti - hypercoagulation and thrombolysis, the beneficial action of defibrase treatment may be related to its modulation of IS as well.
