摘要
随着改革开放的深入发展,企业面临着激烈的竞争,员工同时面对巨大的竞争压力。关注员工心理压力,缓解员工心理压力,不仅体现了现代企业管理的人性化,同时对员工和企业都大有裨益。文章就员工心理压力的来源及表现进行了初步的探讨,提出了具体的应对策略。
Along with the thorough development of reform and open policy,the enterprises face keen competition,at the same time the staff are facing the huge competition pressure.Paying attention to the staff′s pressure and alleviating the staff pressure has not only manifested the human nature in modern business management,but also is of great help to the staff and the enterprise.This paper has carried on the preliminary discussion on pressure origin to the staff and the performance,and proposes some countermeasures.
