摘要 目的:分析评估心肌肌钙蛋白I升高在不稳定性心绞痛预后中的临床意义。方法:选取我院心血管内科2008年1月~2010年9月诊断为不稳定性心绞痛的入院患者70例。分别采集患者入院时、发病后4、12、24小时空腹静脉血,采用美国BECK—MANACCESS免疫分析仪,采用免疫比浊法测定。结果:cTnI升高组比正常组近期发生非致死性心脏缺血事件的危险性增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:cTnI对于评估不稳定性心绞痛患者近期危险性具有重要意义。 Objective: To analyze and evaluate I elevated cardiac troponin calcium protein in unstable angina, prognosis of clinical significance. Methods: select our cardiovascular physician January 2008 -2010 September diagnosis of unstable angina patients 70 cases of admission. Patients were blown incidence after admission, 4, 12, 24 hours, fasting blood use American BECK - MAN ACCESS immune analyzer, by immune than turbidity spectrometry. Results: I cTn elevated group than in the normal group happened recently nonfatal increases the risk of cardiac ischaemic events, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: I cTn for assessment unstable angina, patients recently risk to have the important meaning.
