The Levels And Significance Of Plasma Lipid In Liver Cirrhosis Patients

目的:探讨肝硬化对血脂水平的影响及其意义。方法:选取60例肝硬化患者作为病例组,同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,分别检测两组的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C、LDL-C)、载脂蛋白(apoAI、apoB)水平。结果:病例组血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAI、apoB水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝硬化对血脂水平有影响,血脂水平在肝硬化的诊断和治疗中具有一定的参考价值。

Objective： To investigate the impact of liver cirrhosis on plasma lipid levels and their significance. Methods： Selec-ting 60 patients with liver cirrhosis as case group, 50 normal people as control group, to detect the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C, LDL - C） and apolipoprotein （ apoAI, apoB） of two groups. Results： The levels of serum TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C, apoAI, apoB of the case group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Liver cirrhosis impact on plasma lipid, the levels of plasma lipid have certain reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis.
