中药有效成分治疗急性肺损伤的研究进展

Research advances of active constituents of traditional Chinese medicines for treating acute lung injury

急性肺损伤是炎症反应综合症在肺部的表现,是临床上常见的致死率较高的危重症,目前尚无特效的治疗方法。急性肺损伤的病理机制复杂,临床和实验研究发现多种中药对其具有改善作用。本文综述中药有效成分治疗急性肺损伤的研究进展。

Acute lung injury, which has high mortality in critically ill patients, is a common clinically inflammatory response syndrome in the lungs. There is no effective treatment at present. The pathogenesis of acute lung injury is complex. Increasing evidence indicates that many traditional Chinese medicines are beneficial in treatment of acute lung injury. In this paper, we reviewed research advances of active eonstituents of traditional Chinese medicines for treating acute lung injury.
