麦默通微创旋切技术在乳腺病变诊治中的应用及感染预防

Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy technique applied in diagnosis and treatment of breast lesion and prevention of infection

目的探讨麦默通微创旋切技术在乳腺病变诊治中的应用及其感染预防。方法选取医院经B超检查确诊的乳腺疾病患者76例,采用麦默通微创旋切技术进行诊断和治疗。结果 76例患者的98处乳腺肿块均被麦默通微创旋切切除;98处病变中,浸润性导管癌5例,占6.6%,导管内癌3例,占3.9%,其余均为良性病变,占89.5%;术后并发乳房内血肿2例,局部皮下淤血3例,发生率为6.6%;术后2个月血肿完全吸收,3例局部皮下淤血也于1个月后消失,无1例发生感染;所有患者均得到随访,术后乳房形态、切口情况和治疗效果均非常满意。结论麦默通微创手术创伤小,术中痛苦少,术后效果好且并发症的发生率低,未出现因手术室工作不力造成的医院感染,值得临床进一步研究及推广。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the application of Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions and prevention of infection.METHODS A total of 76 patients with breast diseases confirmed by B-mode ultrasound were selected,the diagnosis and treatment were performed by using Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy techniques.RESULTS All of 98 breast lumps of 76 patients were resected by using Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy.Of 98 lesions,5 cases were invasive ductal carcinoma of 6.6%,3 cases of intraductal carcinoma 3.9%,the rest were benign lesions,accounting for 89.5%.Postoperative hematoma in 2 cases of breast,3 cases of local subcutaneous ecchymosis,the rate was 6.6%.2 months after complete absorption of hematoma,3 patients with local subcutaneous ecchymosis also disappeared in a month.All patients got the followed-up,the postoperative breast shape,incision conditions and treatment effect were very satisfactory.CONCLUSIONS Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,which is with less trauma and pain,good postoperative effect,less incidence of complication and causes no infection due to the poor work in operating room,is worthy of being further promoted in clinic.
