不同吸痰方法对新生儿疱疹性咽炎影响的探讨

Influence of different sputum suction methods on neonatal herpes pharyngitis

目的寻找减少新生儿口腔皮损,减少新生儿疱疹性咽炎发生的方法,提高产科质量。方法 2007-2008年3161例自然分娩新生儿采用一次性硅胶吸管痰吸痰,压力控制<33 kpa,动作轻柔,由内到外;2009-2010年11月3360例自然分娩新生儿采用中、小号洗耳吸球吸痰,由内到外。结果采用硅胶管吸痰的婴儿发生婴儿咽喉损伤、疱疹性咽炎的发生率分别为0.66%、3.39%;采用洗耳球吸痰的婴儿发生率分别为0、1.55%;两种不同吸痰方法产科质量效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两种吸痰方法发生新生儿窒息的发生率分别为2.69%及2.86%,差异无统计学意义。结论正常情况分娩时采用中、小号洗耳吸球吸痰能减少新生儿口腔皮损,减少新生儿疱疹性咽炎发生。

OBJECTIVE To look for less neonatal herpes lesions,reduce the newborn oral sex pharyngitis happen methods,improve obstetrics quality.METHODS A total of 3161 cases of natural childbith newborns during 2007-2008 were performed disposable silica gel natural childbirth neonatal straws sputum suction secretions with pressure control 33 kpa inside,action gentle,by inside and outside,2009-2010 November 3360 cases of natural childbirth neonatal adopted in,trumpet wash suction ball sucking phlegm,ear from inside to outside.RESULTS Two years before newborn babies,oral lesions 21 cases a herpetic pharyngitis 107 cases,and the incidence rates were 0.66% and 3.39%.respectively.Two years after using suction ball sputum suction begat oral lesions 0 case,neonatal herpes pharyngitis 52 cases with the incidence rates of 0 and 1.55%.Before and after two years effect,had obvious difference（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Normal childbirth is used in washing,trumpet ear suction ball sucking phlegm can reduce the newborn babies herpes lesions,reduce oral pharyngitis happen,but still need advice amniotic fluid cloudy puerpera disposable silica gel sputum suction pipe.
