中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

External application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法将医院2008年12月-2009年7月,诊治的76例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药外敷治疗,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为97.4%,对照组为79.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.1757,P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为7.9%,对照组为5.3%,差异无统计学意义。结论中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可获得满意疗效,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect of external application of Traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.METHODS From December 2008 to July 2009 in our hospital,76 patients of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 38 cases,the control group was treated by intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate,the observation group was treated by external application of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group,then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group was 97.4% and 79.0% of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ2=6.1757,P0.05）;the adverse reaction rate of observation group was 7.9% and 5.3% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significance（χ2=0.2141,P0.05）.CONCLUSION External application of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has satisfactory curative effect,with no obvious side effects,it is worthy to be promoted in clinics.
